Sous Chef
An experienced Sous Chef required to join our kitchen team providing
a lunch and dinner service Monday to Sunday. You will be responsible for supporting the
Head Chef, deputising as required. You will also be expected to have hands on involvement
in food preparation and presentation. You should meet the following requirements:
- At least 3 years relevant experience at NVQ level 3
- In depth experience of Thai cuisine
- Be able to supervise the kitchen team
- Sound knowledge of hygiene, health and safety
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of the food
- Good team worker
Salary £16500 p/a

Part Time Delivery Driver
Owner driver required for deliveries Friday and Saturday
evenings, 18:00 to 22:00. £25 per evening.
